There is no map option to do a PCM search. Very poor design. Inaccurate location pinpoint

Difficult to narrow down based on location. Is there a way to filter out searches based on distance of your present location? Is there also a way to view the providers on a map to see where they are in relation to you?

The application provides the best of web functionality in this mobile app. It works fast and is very convenient.

Clearly lots of good work went into the app. Two recommendations. The app should use easy to understand language and avoid acronyms. Also, it would be nice if we could see more financial info. While its great I can pay here, Id also like to see my payment history. Thanks.

I cant even open it...please fix it

I did a search for Drs by speciality. It did find any doctors that I use. It might, just might work for some that was out on the road and not in their region. Glad I did not have to pay for this. Sorry.

I have downloaded this app twice and it still will not open properly. It goes to a white screen and stays that way.

This app is about as basic as one can get. When searching for a PCM or other provider, results should be sortable, by distance from you or alphabetically or something. Also, searching for my PCM produced no results, so the database may not be complete. Payment history would be good.

I pray no tax dollars were used to develop this. Im curious if the product owner for this app has ever heard of the concept "Minimal Viable Product". My guess is no.

For what it does its ok. But you cant check of referral authorizations or look at EOBs.

It would be really nice to view your referrals in PDF format or at all for that matter, see the dental news letters that come in the mail, and see weekly/monthly tips. Maybe things like mail order pharmacy or formularies.

I was excited to see the app since I can rarely get the website to work on my phone or computer browser. However, I would love the option to do MORE. I would like the same options as the website has.. Like the ability to access/make/change appointments, and the ability to view referrals.

How many times a year do you need to search for a provider or check your own eligibility? The payment thing could be useful if I didnt pay automatically.

When I clicked on fine a provider it gave no options for a primary care. When looking for my renal dr no options. What good it it. It figures

Every time I select the expiration date for my credit card it crashes. Every time , and I really dont like dealing with people on the phone but I guess that is the solution till this is fixed. All in all great app though

Have not been able to complete a payment through this app yet. App has either crashed on opening, been unable to find my credentials in DEERS (trust me, theyre there) or crashed upon entering the expiration date on my card. Makes me wonder whether its even secure if its basic functionality doesnt work in a released version.

I have to agree with CFDjr ad some others that commented early on. App extremely basic and lacks a lot of functionality, i.e. Referrals and Status, as well as Claims and EOBs to include their associated status. Hopefully there will be more ease for those of us with DSS logins. Havent tried with the app, but if anything like online, OMG, way too many clicks to get there. At least this is a start and hopeful for vast improvement soon.
