I have to agree with CFDjr ad some others that commented early on. App extremely basic and lacks a lot of functionality, i.e. Referrals and Status, as well as Claims and EOBs to include their associated status. Hopefully there will be more ease for those of us with DSS logins. Havent tried with the app, but if anything like online, OMG, way too many clicks to get there. At least this is a start and hopeful for vast improvement soon.
